Resend/receive files
If the recipient's browser is in sleep mode or in an unstable network environment, the link between SoqAlbum and SoqTools may disconnect, resulting in a failure in file transfer. In such cases, try SoqTools' "Resend/Receive" menu by following the steps below.
- Ensure that both SoqAlbum and SoqTools have stable internet connections.
- Make sure SoqAlbum is not in sleep mode.
- Select the SoqTools' top-left menu > "Resend/Receive" and confirm with "OK" to execute.
The files that remained in the send queues of both SoqAlbum and SoqTools will be resent.
In cases such as when the network is disconnected during file transmission, files may go missing. In such situations, using "Resend/Receive" won't result in file resend.
When sending files, please verify the followings from the initial transmission:
- Ensure that both SoqAlbum and SoqTools have a stable internet connection.
- Confirm that both browsers are not in sleep mode.
